A Builder’s Own Elevated Home required a considerable makeover, thus the whole House was completely excavated under between the Side Boundaries & stripped back to reveal the former House’s bare boned framework. This provided many Design Opportunities, inclusive of a New Lower Entry & Vehicle Access Level directly from the Street’s Elevated Footpath with the former Ground Floor being the New Elevated First Floor now enjoys Bay Views to its South. Cantilevered Natural Granite Clad Pods hovers above the Entrance’s Driveway & with Panoramic Glazed Windows & Sliding Doors enjoy access to newly formed Terraces & Balconies. With the New Living Areas to the Upper Ground Level it is now accessible from a Re-Furbished Swimming Pool & Northern Outdoor Entertainment Area, with a further 2 Bedrooms & a generous Retreat Area together with a separate Bathroom form the First Floor or 3rd Level. Not content with the 3 Levels a 4th Level was created with an Upper Clerestory / Viewing Platform accessible via a Ladder that enjoys Full Bay Views.
